Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of being submitted. Depending on variables such as location, amount of products purchased, and daily changes in rates, we may convert your order's shipment from one carrier to another. For example, larger orders may be shipped via UPS.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange for any order that arrived damaged or defected. In the event of a cancelled order before it is shipped, there is a 10% processing fee on refunds. This is to cover the merchant charges we still have to pay, and the hard working employees that took the time to handle your request.

General Customer information:
Your name, address and phone numbered entered is saved to ensure a speedy checkout on the next order. If you would like us to delete all information on file, please contact us and we will immediately do so.
Payment Information:
When you enter in your payment information, the process is encrypted (look for the lock in the address bar) and transferred to the credit card processing company. We do not have access to the payment information details. Depending on your checkout experience, you may have the option to save payment information. This data is processed by the payment processor as well, and is encrypted.
Your privacy is of the highest importance to our business, and promise to never ever EVER sell your personal information to a third party. We don't like spam either.
